Megan “Elise” Disponett-Lee is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field and more than 5 years specializing in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina.
Elise chose aesthetic medicine as her career because it allows her to build meaningful relationships with clients while helping them maintain their natural, youthful appearance. She takes pride in offering thorough consultations and crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
Her areas of expertise include dermal fillers, neuromodulators, Sculptra, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), microneedling, medical-grade skincare, and laser treatments. Elise is known for her gentle approach, clinical precision, and commitment to delivering subtle, confidence-boosting results.
Outside of her professional life, Elise enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, practicing yoga, and baking. She is married to her husband, Jordan, and together they are proud parents to their daughter, Vesper. Elise finds great joy in both motherhood and her work as an aesthetic provider—and considers herself an enthusiastic amateur baker.
